Anna McHugh has over 25 years of experience in teaching English, History, Philosophy and Theory of Knowledge (IB), A-Level at high school and university. She has published academical, creative HSC-specific English study resources and Creative Writing workbooks for high school students.

Jenni F has over 20 years of experience in education as a teacher and writer-developer of Australian national curriculum. Whilst currently teaching at an Independent boys’ school on the North Shore, Jenni has previously taught in primary, secondary and university classrooms as a specialist in English, maths and Japanese. She has close to ten years’ experience tutoring children, in England and Australia, preparing them for selective schools’ entry and to support their success at school. Jenni also has a masters in educational neuroscience with a special interest in cognitive development.

After a successful career as a senior police officer in London, Ashley emigrated to Australia and qualified as a primary and secondary teacher in Sydney. Since that time he has spent 17 years teaching exclusively in independent schools in NSW, including Abbotsleigh Girls, Knox Grammar, King’s, McDonald College, Loreto and Barker College. Ashley has been published in England and Australia on a variety of topics, including two articles in nationwide Australian education magazines on the subject of English teaching in primary and secondary schools.

James is a highly experienced English teacher who graduated from Seton Hall University, US, with a Bachelor of Arts (English) and a Bachelor of Education (Secondary). He has experience tutoring English on all levels for over 13 years. He has also taught at some of Sydney’s most prominent schools, such as Knox Grammar, Pymble Ladies’ College and The Kings School for over 10 years.

Master of TESOL at the University of Western Sydney. Bachelor of Arts, triple Major in English, History and Drama at the University of New South Wales. Danielle Laverty has over 23 years of experience teaching in High Schools and Primary Schools with the Department of Education. She is an ex-teacher who taught at Penrith Selective High School for 12 years. She has also tutored at tutoring centers such as Pre Uni College, where she has tutored students ranging from Year 1 to HSC. She has also taught OC and Selective exam preparation courses.
