Year 12 Tutoring

HSC Year 12 courses will count towards students’ HSC and ATAR, so it is important to achieve students’ best in their subjects. Our Year 12 tutoring programs prepare students for their assessments and exams throughout their final HSC year. All syllabus content is covered comprehensively, with a strong focus on exam technique, giving students the best chance at achieving a band 6 / E4 result and maximizing their ATAR.

Year 11 Tutoring

Preliminary Year 11 courses is an excellent opportunity for students to develop the analytical and writing skills needed to succeed in year 12. As year 11 does not count towards the HSC, students should follow a program that gives them as much relevant practice to HSC English as possible. Our Year 11 tutoring programs give students a strong foundation of skills and knowledge with a focus on HSC and exam relevance. We give Preliminary students early exposure to exam-style questions through homework and practice exams, in addition to comprehensively covering all Preliminary syllabus content and outcomes.

Year 9 Tutoring | Year 10 Tutoring

Year 9 is an essential step in students’ learning progression by introducing them to the more advanced concepts and skills that underpin their studies in Years 10, 11 and 12. Year 10 is the conclusion of students’ preparation for Years 11 and 12, and therefore it is vital that they perform well to ensure they are completely ready for study at a HSC Level. Our Year 9-10 tutoring programs equip students with the skills and confidence enabling them to choose higher scaling subjects in Year 11. This is a very important step towards HSC success, and our Year 9-10 programs are developed with this goal in mind.

Year 7 Tutoring | Year 8 Tutoring

The foundation of students’ performance and learning through High School is established in Year 7. And Year 8 is the time to consolidate students’ understanding and knowledge of the core principles of their High School learning. Our Year 7-8 tutoring programs give students a strong foundation of skills and knowledge with a focus on the long term goal of HSC success.

Year 3 – 6 Tutoring

This Year 3 – 6 programme specifically focuses on the limited requirements of the examination. The OC & Selective School Tutoring course at Reach Academy is a preparatory program designed to assist students who are seeking placement in an Opportunity Class or a Selective High School. Our Prep course specifically focuses on the exam requirements of Reading Comprehension, Mathematical Reasoning, Thinking Skills and Writing.

Year 1 – 2 Tutoring

Our Stage 1 course provides students with the foundation for greater understanding later in their schooling. This headstart is extremely beneficial when preparing for the OC and Selective exams, as well as tests in the school curriculum such as NAPLAN or ICAS, and allows students to truly excel beyond their peers.
